With personal flair and an innate sense of style, you’ll reflect the elegance and sophistication of the luxury brands on display in the Designer Galleries. And whether you’re consulting on Chanel or McQueen, Prada or Celine, you’ll deliver the impeccable service our customers expect with genuine passion.

Naturally, this will be backed up by a thorough awareness of everything from runway to off the rail. Expert knowledge of fashion aside, you’ll take enormous pride in maintaining our high standards, driving sales and hitting targets. But you’ll do much more than just meet expectations; you’ll be part of a retail experience like no other. Providing a bespoke service to high-end, fashion-savvy customers from all over the world, you’ll advise them on their choices, pick out products to match and instinctively know what’s suitable for each individual. Doing it well means working with our Brand Specialists to stay ahead of the latest trends and taking every opportunity to expand your considerable knowledge of both fashion’s biggest names and the store itself.

Fashion-savvy. Brand guru. Role model. You’ll be all these things and more as you extend your expertise of some of the world’s most exclusive brands to customers and colleagues alike. Heading up a switched-on, cohesive team, it’ll be down to you to embody brands like Chanel, Prada, Celine and Dries Van Noten and pass on your knowledge to fashionistas who share your passion for sartorial elegance - building a rapport with regular customers and striking up long-lasting relationships with new ones too.

It’s about inspiring your team to deliver the highest level of customer service, driving sales with outstanding polish and finesse, and maximising the department’s success. So that calls for more than just exceptional product knowledge. You’ll live and breathe the brands in their entirety. So from the latest ready to wear Balenciaga pieces, to fantastical haute couture fresh from the McQueen runway, you’ll know your brands inside out and make sure your team are as clued up as you are. Beyond that, you’ll foster strong bonds with the brands and their suppliers to stay up to date with new releases, liaise with Buyers and Merchandisers to make sure we have this season’s must-have products and act as an ambassador not just for your team, but for names that are the epitome of haute couture. Ultimately, you’ll have the ambition and sophistication to put forward your own ideas, instilling the world-class service that brings loyal fashion enthusiasts back to the department again and again.
